Unless otherwise stated, you have 20 days from the date your product left the
warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product) to get
a valid RMA from our website and get your product to a shipper to return back to
us. It does not have to be back in our warehouse within 20 days, but it does
have to be in the possession of the shipper (along with the valid RMA).
How to create a return request:
1. Go to the Orders History page
2. Search for the order you would like to create a return request for.
3. Click on its number or status, and the Order details page opens.
4. Scroll down to the Create return request form. 5. Set the amount of the product(s) you want to return.
6. Select the reason for returning.
7. Select the action you would like Pine Cone Gifts to do for you.
8. Leave your comments, if necessary.
9. Click on Create.
We will credit you within 3-7 days after your return has been received
and approved.
If you are returning a non-defective product, you must pay all return
shipping fees.
Many of the items we sell have Special Return Policies. See the
appropriate policy below to see if items you purchased are affected.
Returns Must Meet ALL Applicable Criteria. If your returned product does not
match all applicable criteria listed below, it will be rejected by our Returns
Warehouse and returned back to you. Consequently, your RMA will be nullified and
any credit request will be denied and any replacement order will be cancelled.
Our arrangements with our suppliers and manufactuers allow us no room to make
exceptions.
Returns Must be Complete. If your return is not complete, it will be rejected by
our Returns Warehouse and returned back to you.
All returns must include the following (if applicable):
Original packaging (manufacturer's box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)
Original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code (for rebates)
until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal
of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit
request status.
Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). See RMA Conditions, below.
Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip (for
rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your
satisfaction.
All accessories (transformers, antennas, remote controls, batteries,
software disks, etc.)
RMA Conditions - The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer's
packaging or box. Please write the RMA number on the label used to return
the item or the brown shipping box. Items received with any writing on the
original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you
without credit approval.
Return Policy changes: This Return Policy was last modified on
Febuary 21, 2009. Pine Cone Gifts may change, modify, add or remove portions of this
Policy at any time, and any changes will become effective immediately upon being
posted unless we tell you otherwise.
